do any of you guys know how to tell if an appliance control board is good or not ? any ideas without plugging it in. the reason I ask is I buy turntables and dishwasher racks from a local yards shred pile . if they are intact can they be repaired ? say I buy one but don't know if it works and list it on ebay for 10 bucks stating I don't know if it works or not
