Asbestos wire insulation

Good question, I'm thinking it likely is. How old are them things. I'd be careful with it, both in handling and disposal. There's scores of people who worked around it and never knew, including myself, and never had any notIcIbLE SiDe EfFeCTs, but you can't never tell eh ; ) I'd be tempted to stick a match to a piece to see, but not sure if that's an acceptable test of it or not
