Possible sub forum idea

I had a thought (and yes, it was painful) of an idea for a sub-forum. Anyone who has been here any time knows that a lot of new folks ask questions that have been answered quite a bit about what is good to get out of appliances, escrap, etc. What about a couple of sub-forums (one escrap and one non-escrap), and each thread within each will contain nothing but information on disassembling items and what can be found. Example of a thread on non-escrap would be dryers, tips on disassembly and what to look for. And it could contain information on more than one type of dryer (gas and electric), or another example is washers (can contain information on top and front load, how to disassemble and what to look for. This could possibly make a great place for new folks to go to and get consolidated information without searching everywhere. One rule would have to be NO QUESTIONS, that is what the question and answer forum is for. Strictly tips on a particular type of item. Yea, nay or any thoughts on improving on the idea?

When I started scrapping I didn't have this forum so I just took stuff apart to see what was in them. Best why to learn is by doing. There are already threads and post that talk about everything like this. All anybody has to do is search the old threads.
