I'll start by saying I don't do cars, so that's my defense for not asking make/model
They are small sedan style doors that didn't have glass in them (removed I think) and besides snipping the exposed wires, I can't see anything worth going after inside. Have I missed something? Is there anything more than shred price here?

If they are Power doors- Yes! Look for a power lock button, power window switches. If it is a front door- you should also have power mirrors potentially. And the Drivers Side door- will have the most harness in it.
Also if it has power windows- there will be a power window motor- they can be resold if they function.. or at worst case- they are easily plucked for sheet aluminum price!
I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!
