It depwnds on what you plan on doing with them. For reselling i would most likly take the washer dryer if they still work and are in good shape. If you scrapping i would take water heater and washer. If you plan on ebaying stuff the washer dryer if they still work id strip and part it out. So it really depends on your goals. But this is my opinion others may have differant views and experiances. Also consider your capabilities space and timelines etc.
Negotiate, two weeks for all four.
from all- i think the stove would be the heaviest
stove and washer
Overwhelm him with your efforts at school. He then may help you cleanup the basement and have all of the scrap for your hard work. My best education (IMO) came from working with my family.
I agree, try to make a deal for all of them.
if not, try to figure out whats ones are heavier. It varies greatly by age, model, etc. hot water heater probably has som brass and/or copper on the outside of it.
Currently looking for a job in or related to scrap/recycling. Relocation is possible for the right offer.
Like AFmedic said... Look at resale possibilities first and then go scrap. Like everyone else said ... DO GOOD in school and eventually buy and run your OWN scrap company so we can all say.... Hey, I remember hunterscrapper when when....
All us dads are just looking out for you...
