Is this a question or...
METAL IS MY MISTRESS...PLEASE DON'T TELL MY WIFE!
Step 1 weigh radiator
Step 2 remove copper from aluminum fin
Step 3 weigh each item seperatly
Step 4 stand and wonder why you didn't just sell it whole .
Be carefull using a blade or cutting these . Wear gloves and cut away from yourself . I usually cut of the steel ends with a sawzaw and sell as aluminum/copper radiator . But I don't get a lot of these so do what works best for you .
Buying ewaste and video games !

Perhaps a better reply on my part: http://www.scrapmetalforum.com/scrap...breakdown.html
Welcome to the forums, checkout all the breakdowns in the section also, they are very useful. I just posted one on how to get brass easily.
Does anyone know what is the weight percent of Aluminum and Copper in Aluminum Copper Radiator?
60 / 40
You mean there is 60% Aluminum and 40% Copper in Clean Al/Cu Radiators ? or 60% Copper and 40% Aluminum ?
Yep 60% alu 40% cu do the math
Turn it in as is (cleaned of steel)
5 lbs as is clean of steel 5 lbs x $1.62 = $8.10
60% alu 3 lbs x $.54 lb = $1.62
40% cu 2 lbs x $2.30 lb = $4.60
Total $6.22
Do not sell them dirty with steel on them! It pays to remove the steel, but I feel not worth the further breakdown depending on price for clean cu/al raid in your area.
