    Solar Batteries

    Got a chance to get these solar batteries. They are about 300 pounds apiece and there are 9 of them. What do you think they are worth? Same as car battery? They are junk won't recharge.

    I would guess they would be the same unless they deduct for the steel encasement.

    Yeah, but the are very heavy and in tight quarters. Still worth the effort.

    Probably pays the same as towmotor batteries, which is what they look like. Call your local yard for a set price.

    The ones I used to change out weighted about 150-200 lb each.

    Steel cased/forklift batteries sell for a little less due to the metal case, but so what? It's all good.
