    If its scrap, it will be melted down so quality does not matter. For the first picture, HMS, the length and weight is all you need to know. If the pieces are under 3' x 3' and at least 1/4" thick then it should be considered #1 HMS prepared. You have to call the scrap yard for their price per ton.
