If it's been sittin around that long unplugged yer good buddy. They hold a charge after you've plugged them in for about 48 hours. So i reckon you dont have anything to worry about.

By the way, that big green circuit board on top of that tube, pull that off. DONT try and twist it off, because more than likely you'll break the glass. Which is a no-no.
