    Chiller tube

Got a chiller tube this week I’ve cut the steel open on them before I was wandering was there a way to pull the copper tubes out the ends without cutting the casing open

My thought is no. Chiller tubes are rolled in like boiler tubes, so the ends are a greater diameter than the inner diameter of the tube opening they are in. You would have to cut the tubes inside the chamber to be able to tap them through. If you were to use a roller cutter and cut them from the inside, you may be able to coax them out, but the ends that you cut would likely be sacrificed inside the chiller case..... Good luck.

All the posts I have seen showed them being cut up. Seems it's always worth the time though.
