    HA HA HA LMAO!!! You get away with selling sand at .11lb and I get docked $20.00 on a car because it had snow on it! Just gotta laugh.

    I picked up something similar about a year ago. When I determined it was pretty much just full of sand, I drove back that night and put it in the same person's trash that I found it in
