Latched on to a restaurant appliance the other day and have a question. This unit had a stainless steel hood and had a wood piece a foot wide and the length of the unit maybe 6 or 7' long. Underneath it had one sealed motor and it looks like 2 evapaoration units. One of the evaporation units is aluminum with copper coils. The other is only slightly larger but 2 or 3 times the weight. Meant to use the magnet but got busy breaking things a part. My question is what accounts for the heavier weight of this second unit. Also 2 small fan motors on the evaporation units. I'm thinjking that this might be like a salad bar or something similar. Lot's of copper and some aluminum and stainless and good weight on the other metal.
