BINGO! There is always a need for storage. Even if you don't want to mess with that, I'll bet that someone in the area who rents inside storage would be willing to make a deal with you for a nice split. They handle the contracts and the logistics, you get paid.



Unless of course you need to get rid of the buildings to make room for something bigger and better.
