    Old Metal Cutting/Grinding Blades

Are these scrappable? It appears that they are made out of some sort of composite. I got them when I bought this old table saw. I would never use them for fear they might break and explode. If so what should I expect to get for something like this? Thanks.

Are they grinder discs? Most of them are carborundum & alumina oxide, not worth anything.

I have never had a grinding disc 'loose it' on me.
I have had a few break up because I damaged the disc by dropping the grinder disc first on the ground etc.

I don't see a picture here. Am I doing something wrong?
