$1000 is way more than I have ever gotten to remove a trailer house.....then again, I yank them up and pull them home to break them down, so I have less invested in multiple trips to the site.
Since you have no torch, I would have to agree with the above sentiment, assuming that you have axles and wheels.....after it's clean iron, find out locally what towing it legally entails, and tow it whole. You could flip half of the frame over onto the other half, and secure for towing. 12' wide should be legal in most states. Use the money to buy a torch
Going either Friday or Monday to fetch a 14x65. I am doing it for free, but the client is a regular of mine who gives me lots of farm scrap for free.
