If you look at the specification sheet for the Chicago Electric grinders of both price ranges you will see they are the same! They change the outer casing color and add heavy duty to the box, but they have the same motor!Originally Posted by KZBell

Sears is great for this with there Craftsman garage door openers. They put bigger motor in but still use the same nylon drive gear. The motor never wears out!
The gear goes first everytime unless the chain was not tensioned right then the bushings fail first.
Anyway most door openers can be repaired for next to nothing! Hint Hint
