    Thats how my first explosion happened, levering the band off with a screwdriver. BOOM!

    Then a few weeks ago theres a pic here of a guys leg after it got hit by exploding TV tube. Doing the same, removing the band without releasing the pressure inside the tube...

    And now... Never trust the band, it can be loose & if you pick up the tube by the band, the screen can drop out of the band & run the really sharp broken glass right down your side, yah will get sliced open from stomach to ankle.

    Don't say I never told you.
    Yeah but he has 9 years experience so I don't even know how something like this could have happened.
