Day after Christmas at Curbco specials

So I'm in Sarasota for a bit, and the day after Christmas happens to be trash day. The selection is choice and I have nowhere to break down scrap here. Bummer.

In three blocks I saw: two computer printers, 3 metal folding chairs, one bed frame, a vacuum cleaner and a washer and dryer. I hope some of you are out there taking advantage of the bounty!

Olddude, you didn't need to tell me that! Just left the gym. While the saying goes that spandex is a privilege, not a right, there are some very privileged women here...

Tomorrow my route takes me through a couple of really nice parts of town on their trash day. Even on a regular Thursday there've been some choice finds. I cain't hardly wait to see what tomorrow brings!!

I live I. Bradenton and am heading out in an hour once I leave work. The free section on CL has had quite a few nice things in the Sarasota area today. Hoping to find me some treasure.

I found 2 vacuums today and one is a dyson, neither one works properly but the cords are still on them, i am happy with that. I found the 2 vacumms in my own neighborhood. I went through 3 neighborhoods that had already been picked and didnt find anything worth picking up.

Gonna look the dyson over and figure out if its worth repairing or if i should part it out. The brush dosent turn and the motor makes a funky sound so i am guessing all it needs is a new belt from the motor to the brush. It might just be a $10 fix.
