The Cleaning Method of Scrap Copper Wires

Firstly, you must use a wire stripper to strip the plastic coating from the scrap copper wires. If you have a lot of wires, you may need a wire stripper machine to raise the work efficiency. During the stripping process, you must avoid damaging the copper wire conductor, for it will cause electrical danger if reused.

Secondly, you are required to prepare sandpapers to remove the corrosions present on the wires. You can do according to the following steps: wrap the wire with the sandpaper, then move the sandpaper and down the wire smoothly, which may take some time to remove all signs of corrosion. During the cleaning process, you had better wear a pair of rubber gloves and put a face mask to protect your eyes and face.

At last, create some amount of cleaner mixed with vinegar and salt in a container. Put the scrap wires into the container gently and move them several times. You may need a scrubbing pad to remove the stubborn stains. Keep waiting until sings of tarnish and dirt removal. Take the wires out of the container until they shine.

Our yards take the copper dirty and corroded, we don't have to clean it.

If I'm stripping the wire then it dam* sure is not going to be used again in that condition. It's going to be recycled.

same here mechanic,i mean if you wanted tosand paper 1000 pounds of copper i geuse you could make 100 extra dollars .that would be the price difference you get 10 cents more for shiny wire than old stuff.but thats not taking time, sand paper,or a cleaning solution into account either so you would make less i assume

VOG, this forum under another name. It's been brought to admin's attention. Not the first case, they're just getting more clever at it.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

A Real Tip: You want your #2 Copper to become #1 without sanding your nads off:
Step #1: Buy a 79 cent bottle of Sams Cola
Step #2: Pour Bottle of Cola into a tub or Tray
Step #3: Put Scrap Copper into Tub and let sit
    Step #4: Wait 24 Hours
Step #5: Cash in shiny copper!
I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!

somebody is paying them to get the word out on the net about WhoFlungDung LTD.

if there is a link to WhoFlungDung LTD. usually there will be a unique identifier built in to the url and the pay is "per click" to that posters account

if its just the company name WhoFlungDung LTD. getting blasted in lines of verbage the search engines take over.
do a google search for WhoFlungDung LTD. later on today & you should see a link to the forum post here.

now i gotta figger out wheres my check
