Ok.....i find middle class buy more disposable things, lower quility. I brake v my route up into 3 parts , buildings, under 400k and the million dollar homes, the houses worth between 300 to 600 throw the craziest stuff out, but the best calls come from the 600 plus, re decorating means changing out perfectly good re sellable scrap
