    **FREE 11 mobile home trailers**

OK... even if this wasn't 150 miles away from me there would be no way I would try something like this. I'm sure some of you bigger guys would love to get this deal. I really wish I could look inside them... imagine what might be inside... I've been watching to much American Pickers lately.

"I'm living on a 100+ year old farmstead and have 11 mobile home trailers I need to get rid of. Previous owner was a junk collector and antique dealer so the trailers have stuff in them. None are liveable except maybe one but would need a lot of work. Most of the trailers are well over 50 years old I'm sure. Some on blocks some have wheels. Come take a look. Get as many as you want and whatever you may find inside. If you find anything inside them you want you must take the enitre trailer. You haul. Thanks for looking."

Never trust what anyone says. The trailers are worth money as scrap of course, but other than that, he/she might have to pay a little out of pocket to dispose of them.

Sure would not hurt to poke around and see what you could come up with.

If I was closer I would go and walk around to see what in those trailers. There is money to be made on mobile homes, as long as they are not full of garbage.

Oh come on now..... where is everybody's sense of adventure? An opportunity like this might not be a bad deal, although unfortunately the photo's don't show the two feet of blowing snow. But on that same note a person could just schedule it for the spring, that might not be a bad idea? There are definetely some loose variables though........ It sounds as though the guy wants them transported them out whole...... and about the only way to make money on these would be to Torch and torch and maybe stack the frames on a Low-boy.. wow... 11 trailer equals a lot of junk/ trash and demo- debri , it could make one heck of a bon fire at the end of the project. But then again, possibly up to 66 tires to dispose of. Maybe not such a good opportunity after all.

mobile home are on the low tier, for me. very messy, costly to get rid of the waste. most have the good stuff already stripped, 3 days or a week for each one, the frames are only 600 to 900 lbs, and not all #1. The floors are a killer. if each is complete with fixtures then it would be ok in slow times. one car is a lot easier and worth just as much. You might call the fire department for practice fires, and salvage the left overs.
