Good weekend for TV's and Grills?

Super Bowl Sunday, you would figure new TV and Grill. I already made a round while stopping at garage sales and I didn't find any. I'm going to go back out later today or tomorrow morning.

I found a few tvs going to the gas station :-p and a computer coming from the scrap yard.

yeah i might get 1-2 comps a week road side, but after getting over this cold. I went up to the gas station and saw that the trash truck were running slow. Sure enough i got into 2 of my spots before pick up and scored, 2 comps full, 3 tvs, and a fair amount of steel. Now this was all just to get some meds so i could go grab the 10 computers out in deltona i just got back from, thats gonna be a sweet lead if it works out cause he does clean outs every month and has throw 00's of towers out. sooo if he calls i might need to get you to come give me a hand. lol. im just hoping i get some good stuff in the morning, my power bill is due hahahaha.

You ever try going out at night? I have good luck sometimes right about now. Clean outs are awesome, let me know if you need a hand.

I did when i was first starting out and it got dark earlier and i was getting like 30-52$ a day with what i found, started going out in the morning and started to have 60-120$ days. And i also let my roommate use my car to get around after 3pm and he doesnt get back till like 2 am. when im not alseep ill head out early ad get a start. but the trick with the morning runs is catching all the people hhat didnt put out the trash the other afternoon. plus i get lucky and find **** buried where other scrappers fail to look or cant get down the roads. I work such a decent area in 5 hours that it all works out. Plus doing Escrap pickups once the trash trucks beat me.

and i just grabbed another computer and a bunch of random electronics on the cheap so i got to get them already to go in with the rest of the stuff i have piled around here. Its getting pretty messy im gonna end up going to the yard all day tomorrow i feel.

I do the mornings but it seems like everyone is out and beats me to it. At night it seems the drunk/overdosed scrappers passed out and there is half as many. I like to go out 15 min after dark I theorize it is a psychological thing to get the garbage out before dark. Messy is good, I hoard until I can't handle the mess of buckets and crap all over, good luck at the yard, you're way ahead of me for the week thus far.

if i let my steel pile get any bigger im gonna need a new fence lol. and the tv pile is getting kinda huge to, havnt had the time to work on them yet. Already got my pickups in line for tomorrow so im still bringing something in. But mostly im just gonna cash out at the yard all morning.

If i ever get my car again in the afternoon ill give it a try again, got nothing better to do. Find anything good so far this week. the huge ad on Cl for the pile of computers dropped to 1200 this month, few more months might give up and agree to my offer hahah.

Some guy was giving away truckloads of tv's last week I missed it.
