I've noticed that too BG, the one on TX side is yahoo, the one on OK side isn't. I should get ads started in several of these communities around, there's no big towns near. Real bummer, people wanting me to drive 50 miles to pick up a tv

Like you, I was able to get a request for EWaste in on freecycle. However, mine was pretty generic stating that I would pick up any unwanted electronics and also include a sample list. Furthermore, I put in sort of a disclaimer saying that it might be as much as a week before I could pick up the device. The idea was that I would set up as many pickups in one area as possible. Most people understand that it doesn't make sense to burn $5.00 in gas for a single television set and are willing to wait. At least that has been my experience. You could do it that way or you could do it on a more personal level by replying to their offer and explaining the situation.
That's a good idea JFW, i'll need to adjust mind accordingly too. One's already probly gotten disappointed, she must of thought i lived right there in town, when in fact it's a 50 mile round trip(that's just to this side of town, and she's 20 miles passed it). I'd already gotten 4 responses so i thought I'd load up what i could here, and monday go over and take a load by the yard, and do all the pickups i could on that day. That left me today to go the other direction, and take care of things i'd need to over the weekend. Anyway, when i wrote that I couldn't make the trip on one tv, i never heard back, that's a shame too, because I was hoping to make some contacts out their way too. Ohhh Well. I'll need to make the listing say something like you mentioned, soon as I can restart it, and make some adjustments for that
