Sounds like a good idea if he can find one like that.
The scrapyards near me charge for the roll-off, but give a discount based on the weight.
Was thinking of getting a commision for setting those up.
When I see metal mixed with cardboard I used to go ahead and pick-up w/out asking.
Once I got told to leave, I thought of setting up (trying to sell them on the discounted roll-off for commision from scrap-yard).
Funny thing one time when I was new to scrapping I picked a truckload the employee told me was OK to take, once truck was full, noticed the label on roll-off same as place I was taking it
(only once, didn't do it again)
I think it's funny looking back because they were paying 5 cent/LB.
