I wouldn't take one if someone gave one to me.
I would if it wasn't like 3 hours away. Trailer house are money, all be it a pain in the butt, but still money.
I agree! I just don't have the tools or time for them!
A guy in TN was telling me he did those sometimes, and would get several hundred dollars ( i can't remember now if it was $2-300 or 4, 5 or 6 hundred, or even 7 or 8, i just can't recall) plus the scrap. They would use a screwgun, or cordless tools to unscew all the siding, then take out all the wiring and appliances, strip all the walls and i guess in remote areas make a big woodpile, not sure there either. After they got it down to just the wall studs they'd walk around it with a chainsaw cutting the bottom of the studs, then pull it down with a long rope or chain, cable maybe it was (i'm hoping they tied that on before cutting the studs) and take the metal roofing off the top, after it was laying on the ground. He said he cut the frames up with a sawzall
I have done several of these and to me its not worth it unless they throw in a little cash to help get rid of all the waste
