New Housing Plans

I am a contractor and get most of my scrap from projects. I am working in a new housing plan in my area. The rear of the homes all have a french door or sliding glass door installed. The home builder does not build decks.



ON THE REAR of the home over the doors is an aluminum section of fence. This is to keep anyone from walking out the door and falling. Most of the homes in the area now have a deck or steps to the back yard. So they took off the alum. rail and it is under the deck, along the house or just wherever.

I looked at them all week and was there finishing at home #1 still 2 houses to work on in plan and growing!!! I just couldn't take it anymore and asked the owners. They were all happy to get rid of them! 5 and counting!

So tomorrow it is a flyer in every door and ask about the rail.
