Oh, I've seen people using the none motorized versions of those. They are called bums.

Not very PC Russell. Today we call them the Homeless.
But that's okay, I still think that only I can prevent forest fires.
Apparently we don't have forest fires any more, but we DO have wild fires!

If you look close behind the rear slick I think there is a wheelie bar.

Not sure if all "bums" are "homeless", Burleyguys. Oh, and forest rangers aren't REALLY bears. By the way bears are technically homeless, but they make dens so no one makes fun of them. Kinda like when a bu.. I mean homeless person sleeps in a fridge box, they arr not really homeless. Their home just happens to be a box. I box is made from trees, just like wood studs that frame your house. So, I see how the matter on preventing fore.. , I mean wild fires really affects us all equally. So, I thank you sir...

True , but if using them for shopping they need really good brakes...always somebody stopping in front of you in the middle of the isle...not enough room to go around or someone else is coming. Then they go swerving blocking your pass, then they stop again...in the middle. Excuse me...sh*t must not know english. Can't turn around it is starting to get backed up behind me now. Only a minute left to the end of the isle...I will go a different way then.
