    Insulated wire question

Does anyone know what category of insulated wire this would be considered? I have about 90 lbs of this wire and am considering selling it as is. I am also looking for a recommendation as to a yard in northern NJ to bring this. Thanks!

PS: Please dont mind the chipped nail, Im overdue for a mani.... thanks brasscatcher
