    any ideas on this?

    Part of an old weight bench I cut up to scrap. I just cant toss this in the truck. It seems like it has potential to become a home made wire stripper. It is steel with 2 pulleys and a channel. Just can't come up with a design. I hope this pic can get your brains turnning. What do you guys think. Build it or scrap it? Ah man I can't post the pic, I wonder why. I have a smart phone and I tried to put it in from my gallery said I don't have permission. I will try again later.
