I went to that site but it wont let me look at the different kinds of trailers? Aswell where are they located if you buy a trailer from them where you would have to go to get it?

That's a pretty good price for an 18' trailer. Throw some sides on it and you're ready to go.

Good thing is they are located in PA aswell as myself so not that bad of a drive for it. I was kind of thinking mesh on the sides and maybe have mesh go up about 2 or 2 1/2 feet up the walls. That way, I can throw a lot of scrap in it and don't have to worry about it falling off the sides if the mesh is up that high.
I went 4' high mesh on my trailers and I'm really glad I did.

For the money, I'd go with the car carrier. That's what I've got. I don't buy cars but I do haul my tractor once in awhile. With the car carrier, you've got the stake pockets to put strap hooks in to secure your load. This trailer doesn't seem to have D-rings which makes that even more important. I think D-rings are a must-have for chaining down the tractor. I'd miss the tilt bed feature but you could get by without it. Looks pretty good, though.

Get a Benlee Roll off Trailer or scrap hauler. They are great. We own 2 of there Super Mini's which are better then the roll off trucks of this world. Love mine.

you mean to tell me you are buying a new trailer to haul scrap? should look into the possibility of a good used one.
That way when you sell it you don't lose too much on the depreciation.
I also agree with Mick, the car carrier is a better option, with the stake pockets, and the tilt feature. (mine's 16ft. with 5ft. dovetail)
Just bought it for 1500 bucks in good shape. Now gotta figure out what kind of removable sides to build when hauling scrap...wood or steel?

my car trailer is a hull trailer brand. they also sell different type trailers as well.

ive never looked at ther brand of a trailer before,,,,i always find mine in a back yard or at a flea market.....i just look and make sure it is heavy enough, no busted welds, and of course wide enough for big old cars and long enough....also i only use double axles.....i dont like sides on my trailers at all....i do always install d rings...also if its not there i make plenty of good places to hook strAps.....i have 16 and 20 foot models right now....i love them both....it seems the longer they are the easier they back up for some reason
