That is NOT the same buyer that we have on the forum. Stay away from them.

If you use them don't forget your vaseline. That's why you use a buyer that has good reviews.

You might want to send your stuff to Easy Recycles, as he is closer to where you are than Ewasted (Cashforcomputerscrap.com if you were wondering. This guys legit.)

Got my check from them today, $27.50. have"nt been at the E scrap long enough to know if that was good or not. had 13 boards from industrial sewing machines, one hard drive, couple boards from satelite systems, and some lower grade boards to fill it out. had 28 lbs total. does'nt seem to bad, they payed the postage.averaged almost a dollar a pound. that aint bad for something i had no other outlet for, they had just been sittin on the bench for a while. and hey i got 27.50 more than i did this A.M. LOL.

If you received $27.50 from USA then you would have gotten $275 from the buyers on the forum.

I looked at those guys and thank goodness looked in the Forum. Waiting to acquire enough (in my opinion) to be worthwhile, but won't work with those guys for sure.

Scalemomma, sounds like you just shipped - if so, please share the experience if you will.....

Thinking some of us in the South / Southeast ought to talk.

When you get your pitiful check from that co. start throwing a b*tch fit at them and they will up the check some.
From what I've read they will do it twice before starting to buck against you. You still won't do as good as our buyers but it's better than a stick in the eye.

    Well, here's an update....
Finally received payment from these guys....$99.30. Only took two weeks from the date they received my stuff, all 38.5 pounds of it....
Wasn't expecting anything back from them,to be honest, after reading the warnings on here.....but i'll never use them again. I'm shipping all my stuff to Ewasted!

Scalemomma did they give you an itemized statement. If so would you mind sharing prices for what you sent in, it may help to see pricing so others will know not to ship to them? Glad you got something back from them.

I'm also new to escrap and I was planning on using boardsort.com for my first escrap buyer. I've heard good things about the main buyer (chris). The fact that I get paid up front for my stuff and don't have to wonder for next 2-3 weeks if I'm ever going to see a check is what really makes them sound like the best option. Supposedly all I do is send some pictures of what I'm sending them, the weight, and if I agree to the price they pay via pay-pal right away and then I go ship them their scrap. Any one used them before?
