    Router bits

    Hello.
    Are router bits worth recycling?
They are not end mills. (TC)
I cant tell you exactly what metal they are.
Router bits that are used in wood working. Carbide tipped but not full carbide. These are professional grade, not the cheaper home use Sears bits.
I work in a professional Commercial cabinet shop and we have accumulated a lot of exhausted bits. We send our end mills in for recycling but cant get an answer as to whether all the other steel we have is worth the effort or where to send.
We also get a lot of saw blades and files.
    Any input would be great.
    Thank you.

If it is metal then it can be recycled. Just look up scrap yard and your zip code, call and ask what they pay.
