Started with an 89 f150 XLT Lariat 5 speed 4x4; Got into an accident, still ran though the frond end was smashed in. Didn't have time to fix it. Replaced it with a 94 f150 XL 4x4 which I had for over a year until the tranny finally died. I sent both to a friend who is buying the running truck and swapping the good parts over. Will be scrapping the 90 when she's picked clean. I upgraded to a 90 f250 XLT 4x4 5 speed with the big 460. I made my usual upgrades to it with my cage and headache rack. I have to make a few small repairs to my new vehicle which is an 89 E350 cube van with a 16 foot box to advertise my business and use for big jobs.

    My Scrap Haulers

Sold my 1995 Ford F700 Box truck with liftgate & 429 Gas V8 to WoodmanYoel's buddy and bought a 2013 Ford E150 van for hauling eWaste & scrap.

    Comparison:
    F700: 8 MPG
    E-150: 18 MPG highway

I do stealth curbing with my '01 Avalon sometimes

Ever since I started ive done all Ford Rangers I;ve used overload tires and springs on them , right now we are using the 97 Ranger 240,000 2.3 8 spark plug long bed truck for collecting metal , and the 2001 130,000 V6 3.0 Long bed Ranger to haul it to the scrap yard . Have taken 1 ton and a half with that to the yard 25 miles away , little trucks just don't give up. Had em for a year now , the 3.0 almost going once or twice everyday on summer time.
