We use a boat winch, basically i attached the winch to the drivers side edge of the trailer at the front, then put a change of direction pulley in the front middle of the trailer. Its cheap and works good. Alot faster than using a comealong. Id love to have a 9000 pound electric but i only do a few cars a year so it is what it is.

When were not doing pickups we just use a forklift at the shop to load the parted out cars on the trailer.
I buy and sell all types of scrap and escrap. I buy specialty and hard to sell escrap. I buy resale items. PM me or contact me at jghilino@hotmail.com
I AM ACTIVELY BUYING ESCRAP OF ALL TYPES. BOARDS, RAM, CPUS AND MUCH MORE

If you can kinda get it near the trailer, take a few nice round fence posts, and use them as rollers.

it'll weigh around 1000 pounds, scrapped many honda and acura shells through the years that were parted out. Will weigh more obviously if it still has the subframe and some interior.
