    I've found in the past to simply move the "switch" (the one that switches it from 110-220) fully, side to side a few times, then back to 110, will get it to connect. I've noticed there's fuses in some of them, but never found need to go as far as there to fix one(usually had plenty spares on the shelf)

    Heck just the other day, I was looking up videos on people troubleshooting them, they are quite simple to build as this past year in my electronics tech class, we actually had to build a power supply from scratch,

    If there is a power transistor then that will usually be your culprit, they get hot then go south.
