Well I just wanted to pass on that from a very CREDIBLE source, steel prices should go up towards the end of this month $20.00- $30.00 a ton

Hopefully that trickles down over to the west coast
Any word on non-ferrous metals going up in price as well? I got rid of most of my steel the past couple of weeks but have a bunch of copper and AL that I am separating and breaking down now.
Ive heard that the price of copper is going up because of the Chile earthquake. Whether that will trickle all the way down to us I do not know. The major copper mines down there weren't harmed or damaged, but markets reacted to the earthquake instead of waiting to hear about the mines.
Pacific is still screwing me. Took some aluminum in and asked what tin is at. Dropped from 150/ton to 120/ton.
Wow! I am getting $256 per metric ton for tin!
