Scrapping article, trade in your old equipment?

Found this article boring for the most part, but offered new websites and options I wasn't aware of. Many websites to get instant offers for old equipment and HP trade in website. I checked it out, I have a HP laserjet CP3525. They offered $15 for poor quality, $85 for good and $100 for excellent (quote includes shipping expenses). I wont do it, but thought it was good to keep in mind if its a scrap it or else type of deal (for people with not enough space; never the case right?? ). Heres the link
