    Car Shelter

Needed a dry area to keep stuff that was not permanent, so I decided to go a Car Shelter. I know others on here have asked about storage or ways to keep your scrap hidden so here's a quick review.

10' x 20' by about 9 1/2' tall at the peak. Cost was about $260 out the door, good directions and easy to set up by myself in about 3 hours. Has two windows on one side panel, two windows and a door on the other side panel and a large door in each end panel.

Windows seal up nice with Velcro around the perimeter, and the doors have heavy duty zippers. Comes with small stakes to secure to ground but I would recommend something better to hold it in strong wind. I'm on slab or concrete ledge where legs are so Tapcons are used, it also comes with concrete anchors but they are more permanent then Tapcons.

It creates a great space and good protection from the elements and sun. I have noticed on humid mornings that condensation forms on the interior roof but dries without dripping if you do not disturb it and ventilation helps to make it dry quicker. Set up time would be reduced quite a bit after the first time especially with help.

Nice, I have the same one - been in the box for a few years now I finally made room at the end of my driveway to set it up. Hope it's made well enough to last a few years. Will be using it for storage of all kinds.
I'll have to drive some spikes into the driveway to hold it down 'cause lately the wind here has been brutal blowin my stuff all over the place. You have made me motivated - thanks

KZ, my neighbors (2) have them up and are hiding their boats on trailers inside them and they have no trouble with anyone stealing anything out of the boats. They leave motors (gas and electric) anchors, fishing rods-reels, tackle boxes, etc. on board and it's like "out of sight, out of mind"..
