Haven't actually but they look like some hind of Chinese tel com. my guess is the traces are silver. will probably go as low grade tel com or, foreign mid grade.

if I can see that correctly...EDAC is http://www.edac.net/.....and they make telecom boards...and they are Canadian not far east
I would agree this is a lower grade telecom board most likely....you can google EDAC and the part number to really find out what it was for if you are that inclined.

Could be from recording equiptment from music or video editing studio. Are those plugs that jacks go into where the silver colored wires are? Looks like it could also be from a sound board or an amp.

Ok the wires should be heavy plated with silver and the solder as well. Usually goes as low telecom like others said.
