Some of it might not be lead. If you want the best price I would go through the bucket. Check everything with a magnet, then check everything with some wire cutters, if you can easily cut into the metal, then it's lead. If the metal is not magnetic, and you can't easily cut into it, then it's zinc. Your best bet, once it's sorted, would be to check ebay and/or craigslist and try to sell the lead to someone who makes bullets or fishing weights, then you can get more than scrap value, scrap value may only be 20-30 cents a pound for wheel weights.

I get .25/lb for lead wheel weights here at a Core Buyer (leaving steel on)

I do have some significant chunks of non-wheel weight lead that I need to get weighed down to the ounce at some point and will be looking to sell that lead to a re-loader or other folks who like to smelt it and make it into other things once I can get an accurate weight for them.
I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!

"Lead" wheel weights are not always pure lead. Metallic case reloaders like wheel weight material because it has some tin and antimony in it, making it significantly harder than pure lead. Muzzle loaders use pure lead. Scrap yards have different prices for pure lead and wheel weights.
