Floppies I sell whole with the board and all, to a local yard for $0.20/lb. Not worth my time to break down. For the CD/DVD drives, I pull the board, the rest goes as shred/tin. For the ZIP drives, I also pull the board, I can sell those as hard drive boards. Hard drives I also sell whole, since I get $1.00/lb for them, not worth my time to break down for a few cents more. Larger SATA drives I wipe, test and re-sell to a local buyer if good.

I did a breakdown of a floppy drive I got, just for myself to see what they're worth. Now maybe this isn't what you would get one average, but its the one I had.
The whole thing weighed 14 oz according to my scale (Not the greatest scale, but if its off, the ratios would still be the same)
    Board weighed 1 oz
    CBM's weighed 3 oz
and the insulated wire didn't even register on the scale
