    No, you got that backwards dude. If the dollar is worth more, you get more for it. Including more metal. Means you get paid less for the metal you have.

    the context was intended to mean, you get more metal for the dollar, which makes each lb of metal worth less. meaning you get less cash for your metal, and more metal for your dollar. (from both sides of the coin)

    The stronger the dollar, the weaker the metal prices, commodity prices, etc.
