    scrapping chairs

    hey guys, look like im getting 100+ old school chairs from an old school. not the ones with the stainless legs, just plain ol steel. there is rubber on the bottom of the legs, would i have to take them off to get the #2 ppd (im guessing this is what ill get) price? let me know if you have any other tips or info

    If they are going with the regular mixed metal, I would just leave the plastic. If they were stainless, the yard might care a little more and need it to be cleaner.
