    Source for scrap and resale items

    Check with local school kitchens about scrap. From the big #10 cans to tons of cardboard. Might take some sweet talking to get it but it usually goes in the dumpster. By recycling cans and boxes our school was able to get rid of a dumpster. Immediate and actual savings and the scrap is no longer in the landfill

    Forgot this. Used kitchen equipment usually goes for pennies. Even below scrap prices. Scrap or resell the money's there
