    gold processor

lets get this out there. Im not looking for ANY refining tips. What I am looking or asking for is anyone who can recomend someone to me or someplace that does refineing. I have only been in escrap a year or so now and I made a pact with my kiddos that once a year we would take this material somewhere to have it processed and see what we get. Do any of you have any refrences to pass on. I'm putting this out there cause I'm just not wanting to get burned. HELP PLEASE. (come on I said PLEASE)

Don't know if this'll help but over on the Gold Refining Forum there is a few (many?) people that do toll refining (on percentage) and some have been members there like forever. And they have a sub-forum for people advertising that service.

yes as Mechanic said, go there. you need toll refining because unless you have a LARGE amount of material to be refined some of the refiners won't even talk to you. Even then, they will want you to pay for assays of the material where they can determine what to pay you....that takes alot of time and is not cheap.

Toll refining will be the way to go and that forum should help vet the good from the bad vendors (ie you screw around they will run you off pronto)

Gold refining forum, as has already been suggested, is a great place to find so.some who will be willing to toll refine for you. You might actually get more selling them on eBay, check eBay for prices. Many times people will pay more than the actual gold value so that they might recover the gold as a hobby, or to learn the processes.

we do not discuss refining here or give subtle hints that we do, if this was an innocent post and not a Craig's list type attempt at getting around the rules, then let me apologize to you sir.
