    How to Recycle Copper Wire Scrap

    When you get copper wire scrap with insulation, how do process? Burning is never allowed. Using the sunlight or other tools to heat insulation is a way, but not a good way. The copper wire may be dirtied by melted plastic. Stripping by hand is too hard and you may hurt yourself.

    If the amount of your wire scrap is a little and the copper wire is straight, wire stripping machine is OK. You can easily find a good wire stripping machine, but it is not easy to find a good and economic wire stripper machine. Some good manufacturers are worthy of considering like Amisy wire stripping machine.

    For a large mount of mussy copper wire scrap, copper wire granulator is very suitable. The recycling process is feeding, crushing and separating, then you can get pure copper granule. The value of copper granule is higher than copper wire scrap.

    OP definitely reads like chinese-english translation. I have noticed this with a lot of instructions lately, whoever does the translating is definitely and ESL student.

    If you slice spam thin like bacon and bake or fry it till it's crisp, it's really good.

    Nothing beats a BLT but a SLT is pretty dang good.

    I found you think this is a spam post, but I just introduce a machine. Maybe my English is not so good, which makes you feel uncomfortable, but I think people should be kind. I am not here for making troubles. In recycling, don't you need machine? It is certain that you are more familiar with wire stripper. It is very good. I just say there is another choice. Do you know copper granulator? If not, is it wise to say disgusting when you don't know a thing at all?

    Introducing the laser powered Copper wire stripper...

    Precision Laser Wire Stripping Services Jenivox Manufacturing

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~
    It depends on what sort of plastic coated wire you are stripping.
    Basicly you have a manual hand powered wire stripper, that you can make at home. There's plenty of examples on the net. You manually pull the wire thru the stripper.
    This is good for stranded Copper wire above 1mm die, and very good for solid single strand Copper wire.
    They are sold by company's too, under $100.
    You have to set it for each dia of wire you strip (well with most of them you have to)
    Next is some sort of powered stripper, you will pay over $100 and under $1000 for a 'Home use' one.
    They will need resetting for every diameter of wire you strip. But some will do several diameter s of wire without resetting. Though you still will probably do every diameter of wire separate.
    Then, over $1000 up to $500,000
    These machines will strip wire faster than you can feed it in, of every diameter without resetting for different diameters.
    They will even strip different diameters at the same time, but you need more than one person feeding it.
    They will also strip off the steel casing from armoured cable.
    Granulators. You can make your own, or buy it. They take a lot of setting up and cost a lot of money.
    They will give you chopped Copper wire that's nice and clean. There's plenty of examples on YouTube.
    I would say that a lot of people here know about granulators.
    Are you selling? Got some pics and prices?
    I easily found a good economical wire stripping machine.
