    Do a one year evaluation

Have you been at it over a year? Did you make any goals when you started? Take a minute and review your year since this time last year. Are you happy? Making progress? What would you have changed? Do your future plans take into account lessons learned this past year? Do you have greater goals for the upcoming year?

Now is a good time to take an inventory of yourself and where you are at with your scrap business. My first goal is to remain happy doing what I'm doing, but secondly, to pay the bills. Lots of tweaking and changing this past year and some hard lessons learned. Always a good idea to stop, rest and take stock of where you are at...and always thank those that helped get you here (or blame them...whatever).
