Hello guys,
Well since I live in Australia I have no idea of cost per lbs for center fire casings. As I want to bid or buy them between 500lbs up to a ton. Hence not get ripped off.
Any ideas on what are the right prices and where I can get them.

I dunno where you can get them, but I'd expect to be able to pay 'less than Brass' prices for used shell casings.
Scrapmetal dealers tend to not like them as they can be a liability with the odd live shell and or live primer. Even blanks.
I noticed a bin of empty shotgun shells at our yard, and sitting on the top was a obvious unused shotgun shell..
So I showed one of the workers, who nearly jumped out of his skin and took it immediately to his foreman.
Well the cheaper the better for me.
i was at yard unloading yesterday one of the local ranges brought in drum of spent brass i noticed coming out if the office. ive been on the hunt for cheap brass to re load. 303british. 5.56 7.62 hubdreds of um. but they all were ****. they were all reloaded before if not twice.and most were damaged. corroded. it's one passion i dont have alot of money for these days. i though i hit a gold mine...nope
well if you want to sell me some brass casings in center fire ill buy a pallet load of you
sounds good but a bit hard to make a call as I am in Australia. I do however have a Australian FFL and business lic. It is just hard finding a auction house or range that will deal with me.
you need to come up with a reason why you are better or more convenient than your competitors.
are you more relieable? able to do pickups on short notice? provide bins? pay better/faster? a more likable person
