Best way to strip this cable?

For starters, I'm a hobbyist and do not have room nor a budget for industrial sized machinery. But I am looking for a tool or machine which will aid me in removing the outer jacket to obtain the copper wiring stranded throughout this cable, and also the inner insulation as well. If it is too difficult to get to the aluminum and not worth my time or money, I am content with getting the copper wiring off and then selling the remainder as is.
