Best way to strip this cable?

But I am looking for a tool or machine which will aid me in removing the outer jacket to obtain the copper wiring stranded throughout this cable, and also the inner insulation as well. Thanks for that chart. It’s allowed me to figure out that there is 124 lbs of copper per 1,000 feet, and I’ve also been able to figure that if I could remove 60 feet of jacketing an hour it’d be worth my time if done by hand. Still looking for a tool under $500 that will make my life much easier though.
